foundations of western civ

  • prehistoric humans 
  • around 40,000 bc-10,000 bc
  • we were still chasing our food
  • there was some examples of money and trade
  • had basic technoligy like fire making and tools made of stone and bone.
  • had some examples of art and religion.
  • people were nomatic 
  • new stone age 10,000-4,000 bc
  • we begin to see humans to expirment with technoligy 
  • we also see humans start to settle down in one place .
  • they started the invention or aguculture( you pull out the bad stuff take the god and replant the good stuff.)
  • domestication of animals. 
  • males have some jobs and females have other jobs.
  • begins specialized labor
  • there were no female leaders
  • males are in leadership roles
